About This Game Stitched is a horror adventure game that strings together the thrilling story of Catherine Stockholmes, an otherwise ordinary girl. It kept me very engagded and the story was interesting up until the end . This game never makes you feel bored since there is always something to do and the scares are there with a decent atmosphere and jumpscares as well. The mechanic for stepping of your "fright" being your HP was annoying at first (since stepping on blood triggers it) but it is nothing too frustrating.Now this game lacks in a few things:- It punishes you from exploring some areas since the scene of someone being dead lowers your "HP" - The pacing of the story is somewhat done well up until you try to escape, the whole ending sequence was very rushed. - The story at times can be VERY predictable but somethings still manage to be somewhat refreshing.- And the final things that made this game kind of unsatisfying where: the endings, they were too abrupt and were not satisfying enough for the build up you were givin. It was still a fun game and if you enjoy dark stories or horror troupes then this is a pretty decent pick up.. this is a really good game!!!! ^-^. While this game was kinda cute on the outside, it's A bit of a isappointment. This game is full of puzzles and clues, but it seems to fall flat on the plot, as if the final parts of the game were rushed and pushed together haphazardly. Over all it's a good idea, bad execution.. Would be fun, I imagine, if it didn't cut off the bottom third of the screen upon launch.. Don't get me wrong, I like this game.But...It quickly stopped being scary after the somewhat predictable scares and repetitive gameplay.The bear for instance, you have to run from multiple times and after multiple attempts each it gets tedious.The saving grace of this are the ample save locations so at least you're not often re covering much ground.I haven't beat it yet. I'll get there...gotta say I swore loudly when getting out of the facility appears to be as tedious as the facility itself.. A horror adventure game where you play as a girl named Catherine Stockholmes who is trying to escape her father's doll factory.The game has a good story line and keep me intrigue and wanting to know more the entire time. All of the characters are well written with unique personalities, but there should be more back story for each of the side character. The multiple endings are a plus. Out of all the endings, I like the secret ending the most.In term of gameplay, the game consists of puzzles and chase sequences. Some of the puzzles are well thought out and cleverly designed while others are those standard puzzles that are similar to Pokemon game. The chase scenes are decent, nothing too frustrating for me.The horror atmosphere for the game is spot on, there are many moments that I felt scared of my surroundings. The music complements well with the atmosphere, fitting the theme of a survival horror game. Although, one thing that could be nicer to have is if there are more variety of dolls and environments.The art for this game is very beautiful, the character busts and cut scenes are well drawn, although it seems the art quality of the flashback scene doesn’t match up to the rest of the game. The implementation of the cut scene arts was interesting and that’s one of the reasons that kept me interested. That and I like unlocking artworks in the gallery.While the game has small flaws here and there, I can see that a lot of effort and love has been put into this. Overall, this is a solid game for me as there is a ton of contents for the amount of money that I paid and I’m looking forward to any title from this developer in the future.. First off I can really appreciate the length of this game. Definitally feel like I got a lot out of the money I spent. This game has quite alot of enemy encounters which is something RPG horror games can be skimpy on but here theres one around practically every corner which is exactly how I like it. The little stuff I didn't like would be how alot of the enviornments are very similar and cluttered. I also feel the puzzles are a little too frequent for my tastes. It stops the game alot when the puzzles are lined up so close to each other. But overall for such a small title it is definitally a good pick up.. A fun little horror game. Descent puzzles, some memorable characters and an ok plot. I am looking forward to finishing it and seeing if my guesses are correct.. Good game, but I'm sad that the last part is soo much run away from dolls... That's really frustrating. And I personally don't like the endings much. There are to much things that have only a very short description. But I had fun to play it! I really like Indie/RPG Maker Horrorgames here on steam! This one has good graphic and sound, the controles are easy and good. For my taste it's only a bit to much darkness in the roomes. I like to walk around and look at all things so sometimes it was a bit hard to orientate for me.At least I can say, it's not the best game like this on steam, but it's a good one! If you like games like this you can buy and enjoy it!. I enjoyed it at first, but the chase sequences ruin the entire thing. For some reason they decided that when you've got a huge monster coming toward you, your character would suddenly start arguing with you about which way to go. You try to go into a room and she'll stop dead in her tracks and say "no, not that way" while the monster is still chasing you giving it time to catch up and kill you. On top of that your health is constantly getting drained by stepping in blood you can't see until you're only one space away from it. So even if you find the right way to go you end up dying anyway because you don't have time to avoid all the blood on the floor.
